The role works alongside the Project Manager to run cost, schedule, subcontracts, and owner reporting on heavy civil highway work, much of it for FDOT. It's a full-time, on-site position with room to grow into running your own projects.ScheduleFull-time, on-site at the project in Naples, FL.Compensation$120,000 to $160,000 base salary, plus project bonus potential.What You'll DoYou will plan project cost, resources, and schedule, then control the budget and hold the schedule through construction. You will administer subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance, and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with the field team. You will also handle contracts, permits, and licenses for the project.You will interpret drawings, specifications, and regulations for the project team, and supervise project engineers, reviewing their reports and work.
