Boutique law firm is currently hiring a Legal Assistant. The position is full time and permanent. The firm will offer benefits including medical, IRA and paid time off. This is a traditional legal assistant role responsible for calendaring, E-filing in both state and federal courts along with document management. Individuals will be responsible for scheduling hearings, mediations, depos and working closely with both Paralegal and Attorneys. Prepare some legal documents such as notice of hearing.
