Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and supporting the senior accountants in maintaining accurate financial records. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of accounting experience. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor relationships Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Salary The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
