Data Analyst

Thriving in a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Data Analyst will transform data into actionable insights, drive operational improvements, and support the Operations team in understanding performance across the patient journey and advocate workflows. Key responsibilities Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in patient journeys and advocate workflows Model capacity and throughput to analyze advocate utilization and supply/demand balance for proactive staffing Build scalable analytics by designing and maintaining dashboards that provide self-serve access to key metrics for various teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare operations Fluency in healthcare operations, including understanding care delivery processes and operational data challenges Proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake Strong background in BI and dashboarding tools, preferably Hex or similar Expertise in data wrangling, including working with structured and semi-structured data
