What Youll Love About This Role

Starting pay: $28.50/hour
PAID CDL Training No experience? No problem. Well train you.
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus For those with a valid CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement.
Overtime Pay All hours over 40/week are paid at time and a half.
Make a difference Help your neighbors get to work, school, medical care, and more.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Safely operating a city bus on scheduled routes
Assisting passengers, including individuals with disabilities
Communicating with dispatch for real-time updates
Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
Conducting pre- and post-trip inspections
Reporting incidents, vehicle issues, or schedule disruptions
What You Bring to the Drivers Seat

High School diploma or GED
CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement or the willingness to obtain it
A valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to get one)
A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to remain calm, focused, and courteous under pressure
Basic computer literacy and comfort with tablets
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

Sit for extended periods while driving
Lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
Help passengers board/disembark, including use of wheelchair ramps
Operate in a variety of weather and road conditions
