Process Maintenance Senior Technician

Agilent seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for a GMP manufacturing facility in Frederick, Colorado, supporting oligonucleotide therapeutic production. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance on a first-shift rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing, utility, and laboratory equipment
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and spare parts management
Author and review GMP documentation including SOPs, change controls, and CAPAs
Support industrial control systems including PLCs, SCADA, and building automation systems
Maintain fluid handling, thermal, electrical systems, and collaborate on issue resolution

Requirements

6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or related field
Associate degree or equivalent education and experience combination
Strong expertise in fluid handling, thermal control, and electrical systems troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance familiarity
Effective communication with vendors and cross-functional teams

Compensation: $36.58 - $57.15/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
