We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform highly diversified duties related to the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role supports our site's safety, productivity, and business objectives through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Primary Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on plant equipment Respond to equipment failures and complete required repairs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders Perform plumbing, carpentry, and basic machinist duties Identify faulty equipment and coordinate resolution through vendor warranties or other means Maintain compliance with safety regulations and workplace organization standards Communicate regularly with plant personnel regarding maintenance needs Collaborate cross-departmentally to support shared operational goals Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of electrical and mechanical process systems Familiarity with PLC programming (Allen Bradley 500 and Panel Views) Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics Proficiency with preventative maintenance systems (CMMS) Knowledge of water treatment and environmental control systems Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills Sound judgment and independent problem-solving ability Professional communication skills with internal and external partners Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required; college experience preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or manufacturing work within an industrial environment Regeneration plant experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Valid State Driver's License and proof of liability insurance required Relevant industry certifications are a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan Paid time off Paid Wellness Day, plus $100 Paid Family Day, plus $100 Paid Birthday Day off The base pay range for this role is what we reasonably expect to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from an applicant's experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
