Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for driving equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and leading maintenance strategies that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. Working closely with production and engineering, this role will focus on improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Responsibilities Lead all maintenance and equipment reliability activities across the facility Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of production equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory Support equipment upgrades, capital improvement projects, and new equipment installations Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime Manage maintenance budgets, spending, and vendor relationships Identify opportunities for cost savings through preventive maintenance, rebuild programs, and process improvements Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while supporting technical training and employee development Ensure compliance with safety programs, including lockout/tagout procedures and maintenance best practices Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and plant efficiency Partner with production, engineering, and operations leadership to meet plant performance goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience preferred. Previous maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems Experience leading maintenance teams and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs Proven background improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement Experience with CMMS software, maintenance planning, and capital projects is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Interactive Resources - iR
