Keep reading. ProMach’s Financial Shared Services Organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to own and evolve Accounts Payable. This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Shared Services and oversees Accounts Payable services for primarily North America Finance operations. The Financial Shared Services Organization is a USA based, onshore operation. This position may be based in either Cincinnati, OH or Alexandria, MN. The Operations team is located in Alexandria, MN.This new role serves as a strategic architect of a modern, scalable, and highly automated Accounts Payable function. This leader will shape and execute strategy around automation, service expansion, and partnering with the business to harmonize the End-to-End value chain of Source-to-Pay. The role offers significant visibility, influence, and growth potential.Are you passionate about this work?Leadership and Strategy Provide enterprise ownership and strategic direction for Accounts Payable.Partner and drive change with business unit leaders from sourcing to procurement, to harmonize end-to-end policy, controls, and processes, across the entire Source-to-Pay value chain.Translate enterprise finance and business strategies into multiyear roadmaps, operational goals, and execution plans.Lead, inspire, and develop highperforming AP leaders and professionals.Performance ManagementProvide overall service delivery of invoice processing, vendor management, travel and expenses, payments, help desk services, and regulatory reporting.Own service level agreements and key performance indicators to measure efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, and value creation.Provide executive leadership for issue resolution, rootcause analysis, and crossfunctional problem solving.Transformation, Automation & InnovationDefine and execute a modern Accounts Payable transformation roadmap, leveraging automation, AIenabled solutions, supplier selfservice, and predictive analytics.Partner closely with the Finance Center of Excellence, IT, and thirdparty providers to pilot, scale, and embed sustainable digital capabilities.Create a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.Business Compliance, Internal Controls, and Reporting Insight Own process documentation including process maps, SOPs, policies, and RACI models.Ensure strong internal controls aligned with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.Provide transparent, executivelevel reporting and insight to stakeholders.What’s in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. Master’s degree and/or CPA is preferred but not required.10 to 15+ years of professional experience, preferably with experience in finance and/or accounting leadership positions.
