JOB DESCRIPTION:
seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst Migration Specialist to lead endtoend data center application and cloud migration initiatives In this role you will design and execute ETL pipelines conduct postmigration validation and ensure absolute data integrity across largescale systems You will leverage SQL Python Power BI and modern AIassisted tools to automate validation workflows clean complex datasets and collaborate across technical and business teams
Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration ETL Execution Lead endtoend migration processes including data extraction transformation loading ETL cleansing and postcutover quality assurance
- Validation QA Perform data reconciliation sourcetotarget validation and postmigration audits using SQL and Python to remediate discrepancies and ensure complete data integrity
- Process Automation Utilize AIassisted analytics and migration tools alongside Python pandas NumPy to automate repetitive validation tasks accelerating overall project timelines
- BI Reporting Design and maintain Power BI dashboards utilizing DAX and structured data models to track migration KPIs data quality metrics and operational performance
- CrossFunctional Collaboration Serve as a bridge between technical migration teams and business operators translating business rules into clear migration and data requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education Masters degree in Information Science Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Migration Expertise Handson experience with databaseapplication migrations data center support and ETL pipeline development
- Technical Proficiency
- Languages DBs Advanced SQL Python pandas NumPy PostgreSQL
- BI Tools Power BI DAX Microsoft Excel GitHub VS Code
- Modern Workflows Experience using AIassisted development prompt engineering and automated validation tools
- Analytical Skills Strong ability to perform Exploratory Data Analysis EDA rootcause analysis on data discrepancies and KPI tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or relevant industry certifications
- Background in retail or enterprisescale pricingoperational data analysis
- Understanding of cloud architecture and server management environment
