This Bookkeeper will manage daily financial operations at a family-owned dealership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in bookkeeping tasks. Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and strong account reconciliation skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced small business environment. The role involves direct reporting to the dealership owner and being part of a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships
• Record and track financial transactions accurately
• Process invoices and monitor expenses
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial reports ensuring data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry
• Strong account reconciliation and accounts payable skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and effective communication abilities
