The ideal candidate will:Demonstrate a balance of intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring the unknown.Have a bias for action and a proven record of delivering results.Embrace challenges and learn from mistakes, staying open to feedback and continuous improvement.Have a strong desire to advance within the business, exploring lateral roles to build a broad organizational perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products.Authors or edits procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products.Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.Works with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and supports completion rates for test work cells.Transitions test solutions between factories during product acquisitions.Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience working with RF required.
