NOW HIRING: LICENSED CONTRACTOR – PORTLANDRapid Bath Remodel is expanding into the Portland area and is looking for a licensed contractor to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable contractor with strong residential construction knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Oregon contractor’s license

• Residential construction and remodeling experience

• Knowledge of Oregon building codes and construction requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage job-site responsibilities

• Professional and dependable work ethic

• Comfortable working in occupied residential homes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee residential remodeling projects

• Coordinate with installers and other trades

• Manage job-site issues and inspections

• Ensure work is completed according to code and company standards

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Keep projects on schedule

• Complete required documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
