We’re looking for people who can efficiently coordinate plumbing service calls, communicate clearly with both customers and technicians, and keep schedules running smoothly. This is a hourly position with work hours from 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks , earning a competitive wage of $20 - $25 depending on experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming service calls and determine priority based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Schedule and dispatch plumbers to residential and commercial job sites efficiently.
• Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to both customers and field technicians.
• Track job progress throughout the day to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team for materials needed on jobs.
• Handle emergency calls and reassign workloads as needed to meet customer demands.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician hours, and completed jobs in the system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service appointments and ensure quality service was provided.
• Collaborate with management to improve scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple technicians and service calls at once.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
