Residential Sales Representative | Tampa Bay Compensation: $50,000 base + commission | Expected Year 1: $75,000 to $150,000+* Territory: Greater Tampa Bay Area About the Role Waterloo Turf Tampa Bay is looking for a driven, sales-minded Turf Pro to join a growing operation in one of Florida's fastest-growing markets. You will be out in the field following up on inbound leads, building relationships with homeowners, and closing projects in a territory with real momentum behind it. The right person brings strong sales instincts, earns trust quickly, and is motivated by what they put in.
