What you’ll be working on:

\ N

\n
• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
  conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
\ N
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\ N
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
\ N
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
\ N
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
\ N
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
\ N

Education,licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\ N

\n
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
\ N
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
\ N
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:\ N
  \n
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  \ N
  • 1 year in an outpatientprimary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  \ N
\n
• Experiencein LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
\ N

This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA at our Two Embarcadero Center office.

The base salary range forthis role is $164,700 to $196,875 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
