The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize program goals, author charters, and define scopes, timelines, and OKRs for advanced programs. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, maintaining trackers and status reports while proactively addressing dependencies and risks. Monitor key metrics and program phasing to identify deviations, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions. Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners by leading effective meetings and designing targeted communication strategies. Execute change management requirements by creating rollout plans, analyzing impact, and resolving alignment issues. Establish governance structures to triage technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve tooling or process roadblocks.
