Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM-5PM

We're seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join a busy office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers while supporting a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts
• Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with account management and resolve customer inquiries
• Enter and manage data using multiple computer systems
• Support the office team with administrative tasks and special projects
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset
