If you're looking for a practice that values hard work, growth, and teamwork, we would love to meet you.Position DetailsFull-Time, 4 Days Per WeekEither Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday scheduleResponsibilitiesAssist the doctor during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient careTake dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient recordsSterilize instruments and maintain compliance with infection control protocolsEducate patients on treatment plans, oral health, and post-treatment careSupport efficient patient flow and daily office operationsWork collaboratively with clinical and administrative team membersHelp create a welcoming, positive experience for every patientContribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvementRequirementsDental assisting experience preferredCurrent radiology certification as required by Tennessee regulationsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-player mentality with a positive attitudeWillingness to learn, grow, and take on new challengesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional, and patient-focusedCommitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer serviceJoin a practice where your contributions are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your success matters.
