Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in West Terre Haute, IN. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality products meet industry standards. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality parts are made.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki)
CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
ERP Software
CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
