Requirements: NC RRT in hand; 2+ years of experience; ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRT certifications; flu vaccines required
Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and directing the activities of Respiratory Care Services.
• Administer, direct, and coordinate the department’s activities to meet patient and staff needs.
• Coordinate the preparation of the department’s budget and assist in fiscal requirements and recommendations.
• Participate in developing professional standards and quality assurance programs; teach in-service education classes.
• Serve as liaison with medical personnel and administrative staff, attending workshops and seminars to stay current with technological and management developments.
