Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients get well. Provide healing and hands‑on support, addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Execute programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence. Adapt to patient needs and find enjoyment in the variety of work settings. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care when needed. Prioritize patient‑centered care, ensuring patients and families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate environment. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Lifelong licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
