We're hiring a Technical Recruiter for a full-time opportunity based in Somerville, MA. This role is with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. You'll play a key role in scaling the organization by recruiting top engineering and business talent while helping build the people processes that support long-term growth. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with executive leadership, and help shape the company's hiring strategy, culture, and employee experience.
