Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour Valid Driver's LicenseTSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous‑material concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout assigned areas, including building interiors, perimeter areas, access points, parking areas, and restricted zones. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access or unusual conditions. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
