Your responsibilities include educating patients on oral hygiene, performing dental cleanings and scaling, and assessing gum health. Flexible Part-Time Opportunity This part-time position offers a daily rate of $380, equivalent to $45–$48/hr. There is potential for full-time employment as the schedule grows, providing a flexible entry into the practice. Requirements License & Certification: Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Local Anesthesia Certification Software Experience: Dentrix Clinical Experience: General Dentistry Job Description Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care. Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care. Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing. Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews. Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
