Here are some of the perks and rewards:Generous benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell’A focus on continued personal developmentPaid time off work for volunteering in the communityAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat you’ll do:As part of the IT function you will work alongside a team of systems analysts dedicated to the support and lifecycle management of our core financial systems; M3 CloudSuite, Basware, and Tagetik.Manage incidents and progress customer requests in line with Service Levels, following ITIL best practiceInvestigate problems, implementing permanent solutions to recurring issues and suboptimal workarounds, with a focus on automation and AI integrationAdhere to change management and security protocols to protect the production environment and maintain compliance.Work closely with finance users to identify and implement system improvements, ensuring services remain aligned with business prioritiesProvide technical support and expertise to system users, and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practicesEnsure financial systems comply with financial regulations and reporting standardsYou’ll have the following skills and experience:Understanding of accountancy concepts and processes either from study or with experience in a finance role is essentialDegree qualification desirable; preferably with coverage of accountancy and / or ITStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience working in customer-focused environments and managing stakeholder expectationsAbility to identify recurring issues and drive change to meet reduction targetsExperience with process automation tooling preferred but not essentialExperience working in an IT Service desk or similar role would be advantageousFind out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
