As a Line Cook, you'll be an integral part of our culinary team, working alongside our chefs to cook and serve delicious food. Your responsibilities will include mastering various cooking stations and ensuring that every dish is prepared to our high standards. You'll become proficient in our recipes and processes, serving as a reliable resource for both our team and our guests.

You will prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using our recipes as a guide and your tastebuds as validation. Learn and work across different kitchen stations, enhancing your skills each day. Support the team during all service times, helping out as needed. Handle multiple tasks in the kitchen, standing and moving for extended periods. Uphold Naked Farmer's food safety and cleanliness standards. Meticulously handle, prepare, and produce food while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness. Operate with a sense of urgency, dedication, and precision to deliver consistently high-quality food in our fast-paced culinary environment.

You have a passion for real, good food and a willingness to learn new culinary skills. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to meet the job's physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations. Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on supporting the restaurant's overall success. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to providing excellent service to both team members and guests. Attention to detail and the ability to address and solve problems. Eagerness to grow within our kitchen team.
