Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities to help individuals and families secure the coverage they need for their homes, vehicles, and lives.

Walk clients through complex insurance concepts, ensuring they feel empowered by their choices.

Conduct regular policy reviews to make sure our clients’ coverage keeps pace with their changing lives.

Maintain active relationships with existing policyholders, serving as their primary point of contact for questions and guidance.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share our commitment to helpful service.

Requirements

Active Indiana Property Casualty insurance license.

Active Indiana Life Health insurance license.

Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing advisory role.

Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software systems.

A clear, confident, and professional communication style.

Ability to network and connect with people in the Crawfordsville community.
