Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service department. Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer appropriate recommendations. Schedule service appointments, maintain customer records, and ensure timely communication regarding the status of vehicles. Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
