The Lead Behavioral Health Therapist at Sanford Health provides advanced clinical care while guiding a team of therapists to deliver high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices. You will coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient safety and recovery, mentor staff, and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.
