Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy frameworks that help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' mobility, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote ongoing success at home.
• Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
