Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents to identify functional needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and safety
- Provide evidence-based OT interventions and re-evaluate progress to adjust plans as needed
- Document assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge planning per regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy assistants, social work, and families) to coordinate resident care
- Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety strategies, and caregiver support to promote independence

Requirements
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Ability to work the 08:00–16:30 shift in a five-day-per-week schedule
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Eligibility to work in the United States and accept a travel assignment
