External Marketer - Admissions Director

About the Role
As an External Marketer - Admissions Director, you will play a vital role in promoting the center's brand, improving admissions, and fostering strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and community organizations. Your expertise and passion for marketing will help us increase visibility, drive referrals, and ultimately, enhance the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and families to Village Place Health and Rehabilitation Center
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and community organizations to increase referrals and admissions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and goals
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and promotional materials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
