Job Title: Host / Hostess
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Host, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. We are seeking friendly, professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth seating flow
- Address guest inquiries and assist with special requests
- Monitor wait times and manage guest expectations
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
