The Flooring Salesperson plays a crucial role in driving sales by consulting with customers, providing expert knowledge on flooring products, negotiating sales agreements, and coordinating installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their flooring needs and preferences
- Maintain extensive product knowledge of various flooring materials
- Negotiate sales terms and close transactions effectively
- Coordinate installation schedules between customers and installation teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of flooring materials
- Effective problem-solving abilities
