Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a School Nurse to provide 1:1 nursing services for a student at a local school district for ESY and next school year in West Philadelphia.

Must be able to do ESY and the 26/27 school year.

ESY is 7/6/2026-8/6/2026, Monday-Thursday; 5.5 hours/day

School year is full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide school health nurse services and primary care services to students
• Evaluate and treat individual physical conditions of students and refer to appropriate resources as needed
• Conduct health assessments (history, screenings, findings)
• Provide instruction in the maintenance of good health and disease prevention
• Promote and assist in the control of communicable diseases
• Interpret health status of students to parents and school personnel
• Maintain student health data/files
• Monitor compliance of school health program with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies
• Assist with mandated reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN State License
• Valid PA certificate as a School Nurse
• Child Abuse, State, and Federal Clearances
