SALSARITA'S FRESH MEXICAN GRILL is hiring for Restaurant Managers.
Restaurant Managers will lead and develop the team, ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, safely and profitably while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Set the pace, expectations, and energy levels of your team.
- Motivate and inspire your team, holding them accountable for performance.
- Drive top-level performance and continuously hold the team accountable.
- Oversee overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure guest experience aligns with our guest‑obsessed mantra.
- Maintain food safety standards, staff development and profitability.
