What You’ll Be Doing

• Support & conduct multi-state tax compliance, partnership accounting, and regulatory reporting
• Prepare tax filings, reconciliations, workpapers, and financial reporting schedules
• Assist with fixed assets, month-end close, budgeting, and intercompany accounting
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes, support audits, and drive operational efficiency
• Help develop newer team members while growing into future leadership responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3–6+ years of accounting or tax experience
• CPA w/ prior public accounting experience required
• Experience with:
  • Multi-state tax
  • Partnership accounting
  • Multi-entity environments
  • Fixed assets
  • Complex compliance reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
