Maintenance Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair activities Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance goals Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and overtime costs Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance activities Maintain compliance with OSHA, EHS, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards Improve equipment uptime and overall operational efficiency What We're Looking For 6+ years of maintenance supervision experience within a manufacturing environment 1+ year of management experience Experience supporting stamping and/or assembly operations Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree preferred Ideal Candidate Proven leader who develops and motivates high-performing teams Strong background in equipment reliability and preventive maintenance Safety-focused with a commitment to quality and operational excellence Results-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset Comfortable working on the production floor and leading by example #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
