Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT imaging to produce high-quality images for diagnosis
• Work closely with radiology teams to ensure accurate and timely interpretations
• Position patients correctly and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal results
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
• Keep detailed records, ensuring logs and maintenance documentation are current
• Deliver empathetic care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Foster a clean, safe, and efficient imaging environment

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of joining

Desirable Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging standards and safety protocols
• Outstanding communication with patients and healthcare team members
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and adapt to varying circumstances
• Attention to detail and strong accountability for your work
• Comfort with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
