What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic & musculoskeletal conditions Build individualized plans of care tailored to each patient Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab Educate patients and families throughout the rehab process Document care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team Maintain compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active or eligible California PT license CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and delivering high‑quality care New graduates are encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) — a clinician‑led organization supporting 250+ clinics across 16 states.
