We're hiring a Machine Operator to set up and operate production equipment used to manufacture flexible shafts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and has experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hydraulic presses, grinders, abrasive saws, weld cutters, and winders.
• Inspect finished products using micrometers and calipers.
• Record inspection results in the company database.
• Follow production, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operation or mechanical assembly experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Blueprint reading is a plus.
• Able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
