What You’ll Do Contributes to the development of marketing plans, campaigns, programs, and initiatives and executes them in alignment with established Company strategy, objectives, priorities, and brand standards. Serves as the primary project management resource for the Marketing function, coordinating projects from planning through completion, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, stakeholders, dependencies, and follow‑up activities. Provides day‑to‑day oversight and coordination of assigned marketing activities and serves as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Translates established marketing priorities and direction into actionable project plans, coordinated deliverables, and execution activities, identifying issues, dependencies, and resource needs and escalating matters requiring management direction. Develops, reviews, edits, and coordinates marketing content and communications for digital, print, internal, and external audiences. Coordinates and manages assigned aspects of the Company’s website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, including content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. Maintains consistent Company branding, messaging, visual identity, and marketing standards across campaigns, communications, collateral, and other marketing materials. Coordinates the development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, digital assets, signage, and other marketing resources. Plans and executes assigned aspects of trade shows, customer events, community activities, promotional events, meetings, and other marketing‑related programs. Coordinates marketing‑related vendors, agencies, printers, designers, photographers, and other external service providers to ensure quality, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Develops or coordinates project estimates, obtains quotes, monitors expenses, coordinates purchase orders or orders, and maintains documentation for assigned marketing activities and projects. Conducts market, customer, competitor, industry, and trend research and provides findings and recommendations to support marketing decisions, planning, and initiatives. Collects, organizes, and analyzes marketing performance information and prepares reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries for management review. Monitors campaign, digital, social media, and other marketing performance and identifies opportunities to improve reach, engagement, effectiveness, and return on marketing investment. Supports customer, product, and business‑unit marketing initiatives by coordinating information, content, collateral, timelines, and communications with relevant internal teams. Collaborates with Sales, Human Resources, Operations, and other departments to coordinate marketing and communications activities, facilitate project execution, and support cross‑functional business needs. Coordinates internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, announcements, and other organizational messaging as assigned. Develops and maintains marketing calendars, content libraries, campaign assets, project documentation, databases, and other marketing resources. Reviews marketing materials and communications for accuracy, completeness, grammar, formatting, brand alignment, and consistency prior to distribution or publication. Provides guidance, direction, and coordination to Marketing Assistants, interns, temporary staff, or other support resources as assigned and helps establish priorities and allocate delegated work. Identifies opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, workflows, content, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness and assists with implementing approved improvements. Stays informed of relevant marketing practices, digital trends, technologies, channels, and industry developments and communicates applicable opportunities to the Marketing function. Maintains confidentiality of Company, customer, employee, and other proprietary information encountered in the performance of the role. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field. Position experience may be substituted to meet the educational requirements using a 2:1 ratio where 2 years’ experience equals 1-year education. 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, brand management, or a related field. Experience coordinating, independently managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, projects, events, digital initiatives, or communications programs including timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, resources, and external partners. Experience in the produce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, food, or other perishable goods industries is preferred. Bilingual Spanish a Plus! Why Join Us? Fresh Ideas. Fresh Opportunities.
