As a Dispatcher at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, maintain accurate activity records, and support officers, visitors, and tenants with professional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location. Receive and prioritize calls for service, dispatch security-related personnel, and relay clear information through radio and telephone communications. Monitor communication systems, document incidents, and maintain accurate dispatch logs and activity records. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site personnel, management, and/or emergency responders. Coordinate regular and random patrol assignments throughout the property and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
