Contract Supply Chain Operations Coordinator As a member of the CFS Supply Chain Operations Team, you will assist the department in meeting company objectives through warehouse and materials management. You will ensure timely processing of shipping, receiving and inventory management and be fully organized with strong communication skills. This is a contract position working first shift Monday–Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, pay $30–$40 per hour. What you’ll do: Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS logistics related job functions Monitor and control inventory integrity and resolve problems in a timely manner Maintain the physical condition of the loading dock and warehouse and ensure safety protocols are observed Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, reconciliations and report findings Respond to internal customer inquiries in a professional manner Track, report, identify non-conforming or damaged parts, and quarantine damaged products during incoming inspection with guidance from the QA/QC team(s) Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials Obey all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean work environment Ensure compliance with CFS HAZMAT storage and shipping plans Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Other tasks as reasonably requested by leadership Operate various material handling equipment What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality (required) Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations Understanding of ERP functionality Strong computer skills with MS Office and G‑Suite applications Problem‑solving skills with a bias for speed Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines Organization and accuracy, prioritizing job functions to meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously Integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, creativity and agility Strong customer service skills Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high‑pressure environment with tight deadlines and frequent interruptions Addressing problems with a positive, creative, collaborative approach while keeping the customer experience in mind Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, writing concise, logical and grammatically correct business correspondence Bonus Points For: Bachelor’s Degree Experience in a start‑up or high‑growth environment Experience in a manufacturing environment Must‑Have Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Perform activities such as stopping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time Commitment to safety to mitigate hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage and cryogenics #LI‑Onsite At CFS, we excel in fast‑paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact and self‑critique.
