This dynamic, mobile role supports multiple store locations within a designated region, providing critical coverage for staff absences, vacations, or open roles. Let's Go! Schedule: Flexible shifts – including nights, weekends, and holidays Minimum Age: 21+ Shift: full-time. Duties/Responsibilities Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude. Provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts. Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco). In Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning. Book Floaters: Reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits. Take on additional responsibilities as needed. Skills/Qualifications Our stores require flexibility availability to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be willing to travel to different locations and cover various shifts. Retail or cashier experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Able to work independently while being part of a team. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking. Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, you are frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
