Retail Pro Shop AssociateThis position is responsible for the overall guest experience as it relates to time spent in the Retail Pro Shop, while supporting the activities of the Merchandise Manager.Spend 100% of your time on the sales floor ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and being attentive to guest needsKeep professional attitude and appearance, striving for complete customer satisfactionMaximize every sales opportunity by cross selling profitable productsEnsure inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as neededHelp create eye-catching product displays to attract customers and encourage them to buy productsIdentify space needed for new collections or sold through merchandiseKeep stock rooms neat and orderly according to standardsMaintain continuous inspection of shops for orderliness and neatnessLoss preventionCheck-in merchandise and tag properly as directed.Have working product knowledgeWill help out in all three pro shops to include Robert Trent Jones, Fazio, and HillsOther duties as assignedGeneral knowledge of merchandise and retail trendsDemonstrate willingness to perform dutiesFlexibility to work a varied scheduleSales experience, preferably retailShould be able to lift up to 50 poundsLong hours of standing
