What You'll Do

• Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care in CVOR and general OR settings
• Assist with preoperative assessments and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other health professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards
• Document patient care and procedures accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and emergencies
• Support a team focused on delivering quality surgical care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or authorized state
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR and general OR nursing experience
• Epic electronic health record system experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (CPI may be obtained at the facility for $100)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
