What’s a typical day as Contact Center Sales Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing quality customer service and support to sales agents and customers.
• Entering and auditing orders; processing purchase orders, expired inventory requests, invoices, and credit notes.
• Releasing orders for distribution and providing Return Authorization Numbers for product complaints and returns.
• Managing the Customer Service inbox and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support agents and customers.
• Supporting training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintaining accurate master customer information within the ERP software system.
• Facilitating new account setups and taking incoming calls.
• Retrieving and acknowledging payments via various portals; liaising with finance for corrective actions.
• Coordinating price resolutions and conducting product research for agent inventory requests.
• Maintaining electronic filing for assigned accounts and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Possess previous ERP experience (preferred).
• Experience in a Medical Device/Biotech firm is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening abilities, and a highly customer-focused approach.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
