Work Environment

Your work setting will be primarily onsite within our facilities in the Green Valley area, allowing for a collaborative and engaging atmosphere. You will be responsible for traveling between 1-2 clinic locations, providing the opportunity to work with varied patient demographics and health conditions. The facility is equipped with advanced technology and rehabilitation tools to enhance patient care, including treatment modalities and state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between clinic locations in the Green Valley area to provide high-quality patient care.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and various modalities.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, ergonomic practices, and self-management techniques for long-term health.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that adheres to state and federal regulatory standards.
• Collaborate actively with referring physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated and cohesive care for patients.

Qualifications

• Current valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada .
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration.
• A demonstrated ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

At ProFlex Sports and Wellness, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
